Pricing:

Do you have set prices for certain items, or does pricing change from time to time?
As of right now, prices are set. However, prices may change at any time without notice.

Orders:

Can I cancel my order?
Due to limited availability of our shop items, we are unable to cancel or alter orders once they are placed. Please be sure all information is correct before placing order.

Can you combine my separate orders once they have been placed?
Unfortunately, we are not able to alter or combine orders once they are placed. Items ordered separately will ship separately.

I had a coupon code, but I already placed my order. Can I still add the code to the order?
Promotional codes cannot be applied after an order is submitted.

What is a pre-order?
A pre-order is a convenient way for you to order new products ahead of their release dates. This is a great way to secure an item that you like and avoid missing out due to high demand!

How does a pre-order work? 
To pre-order, you must make a full payment at checkout. Once the item arrives to Eleven 19 Designs LLC and inventory is verified, it will ship it to you. The exact processing and delivery dates on pre-orders are unknown, unless a release date is specified on the product page(s), social media or email.

What if I want to make an order with a combination of a pre-order and in-stock items? 
The entirety of your order will be held until the pre-order item is ready to ship. All the items will ship together in one package. If you would like your in-stock purchases to process immediately, please purchase the in-stock items as a separate order from the pre-order items.

There is a discount code. Can I use it on a pre-order item?
Discount codes or other types of discounts are not applicable to pre-order items.

Sizing:

5XL isn't an option, how can I get a shirt in that size?
5XL is considered a custom shirt. Just send us an email at info.eleven19designs@gmail.com, and we'll see what we can do.

Does the clothing run true to size?
Shirts are unisex sizes. Please refer to our Sizing Chart for more detailed information.

Products:

Are the shirts offered in only the color pictured? Or are they offered in different colors? Does it depend on the particular product or design? 
If another color is available, there will be an announcement on Social Media and/or by email. For items offered in different colors, customers have the option to select available color on the item's page.

How often will an item be restocked?
We will try to restock items as soon as we can. We sincerely appreciate your business and also your understanding that we are a small business. Follow us on our social media and sign up for our emails for restock information. Will you have other daily use items, such as phone grips, paddles, cups, totes/bags, etc?
We are working on providing more items! Sign up for email updates and announcements for new items.

There is an item that I saw on your Instagram page, but I do not see it on the website? How can I get it?
Items will be released gradually. Sign up for email updates for new items and announcements. 

I noticed that some of the items differ from each other. Why is that?
As this is a small business, most of the items available for purchase are hand made with love and dedication. Some styles, colors may differ because of this. This is also another reason why this store is unique!

Are you licensed for Sigma Lambda Beta International Fraternity Inc.and Sigma Lambda Gamma National Sorority Inc.?
Yes! We are currently licensed for both organizations! Check out our Licensing Page

Will you sell items only for Sigma Lambda Beta and Sigma Lambda Gamma or will there be a collection of different things?
We are working on expanding to offer more items and items for other organizations and schools in the near future. In the mean-time our items are designed and offered for members of Sigma Lambda Beta and Sigma Lambda Gamma. Check out our Licensing Page to see if your organization is listed!

Why do some items have an "Affinity Licensed Product" seal, and others do not?
Some items could not be approved by Affinity because it does not display the marks of the organization(s). However, these items are permitted to sell to the membership of the organization(s).

What is the process for the Decorative Photo Paddle?
Disclaimer: WARNING - FOR DECORATIVE PURPOSES ONLY. Any use of this item that causes harm to others is in violation of Greek organization policies and may be in violation of state and federal anti-hazing laws resulting in fines and/or imprisonment.

After purchases, a form will be sent to you via email (email must be provided at check out). This form is to be completed within two weeks from the date received. After the form details are finalized, Eleven 19 Designs LLC will begin to design the digital paddle for approval*. You will have a maximum of three revisions for each design(s). Once the design is approved*, the total process may take 7-30 business days from the date of final design approval. Shipping transit time may take an additional 2-5 business days. If this is a gift, please plan accordingly. 

*Sigma Lambda Beta and Sigma Lambda Gamma design(s) have a maximum of three revisions for each design(s) before it is submitted to Affinity Licensing. If a revision is required because the design(s) is rejected by Affinity Licensing or the respective HeadQuarters, you'll have a maximum of two revisions for branding correction(s) to be submitted again for approval.

Legalities of Trademarks & Copyrights:
Eleven 19 Designs LLC is a licensed vendor for Sigma Lambda Beta International Fraternity, Inc. and Sigma Lambda Gamma National Sorority, Inc. We also provide paraphernalia for Gamma Eta Sorority, Inc. If you are looking to purchase a Custom Decorative Photo Paddle for another organization(s) that is not listed, please send us an email informing us of the organization(s). We will need to make sure that we can legally sell a decorative paddle for that organization(s) BEFORE purchase. 

How many decorative paddles will you offer? 
Limited quantities of paddles will be offered at a time. Sign up for emails to receive updates on when paddles will be restocked or offered again. 

Customization:

Can I get a custom item? Or can I get my items customized?
Yes! You can add the item 'Solid Custom Line Name & Number', 'Glitter Custom Line Name & Number', 'Solid Custom Line Name', or 'Glitter Custom Line Name' to your order. During checkout add your information in the notes area.

Or you can send us an email. We can work out the details and any questions. Once we have an agreement, we will send you an invoice for payment.

Can I have a design in a different color combination?
Yes, send us an email inquiring about a different color combination. We will see if we can make that happen and work out the details.

Can we group order shirts for our Chapter's event at a discount?
If you are looking to order three or more (3+) clothing items, send us an email to discuss your options.

Shipping:

How much is shipping?
Shipping is priced by weight. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more detailed information.

When will my order ship?
In stock (ready to ship) orders will ship from our location in 5-14 business days from the date of purchase and made to order items will ship from our location in 5 - 21 business days from the date of purchase*, unless otherwise stated. Shipping typically takes 2-5 business days. Pre-order timelines differ based upon the item's particular stocking schedule. You will receive an email that your order has been shipped and this email will provide the tracking number.

Where will the items ship from?
All orders are shipped from Tallahassee, FL.

Do you provide international shipping?
At this time, we are unfortunately unable to provide international shipping. We provide shipping within the continental U.S.

We do not ship to: Alaska, American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, APOs or DPOs.

Is there a 'Pick-Up' method?
Yes! There is a "Pick-Up" method:

  • Pick Up should only be selected if prior agreement was made. The agreement must be made between you (the customer) and Eleven 19 Designs LLC PRIOR to purchasing the item(s). Item(s) will only be held for 1 week (7 days), from the date ordered. If you ordered on Thursday, then your item(s) will be restocked by Friday. NO EXCEPTIONS. NO RETURNS. What is a "Brand Ambassador"?
"A Brand Ambassador is a person who is hired by an organization or company to represent a brand in a positive light and by doing so help to increase brand awareness and sales." -Wikipedia

Do you have a brand ambassador program?
At this moment in time, we do not have a brand ambassador program. Eleven 19 Designs LLC has representatives from each organization that help us determine what designs the membership may prefer. We may accept arrangements with voluntary promotional models.

What is a "Promotional Model"? 
"A promotional model is a type of spokes-model, trade-show model and convention model. A promotional model gives the audience an experience that reflects the product or service being branded. Promotional models are most often found in trade shows exhibits, conventions, and in print, digital or selected advertisements for the brand." -Wikipedia

What does being a promotional model for Eleven 19 Designs LLC entail?
Being a promotional model for Eleven 19 Designs involves having your picture on our website, social media pages, and other advertisements. We want our customers to relate to our products. We want a member of your organization to model our designs, not just a random model that has nothing to do with your organization.
