Refund policy

Returns
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. A refund will only be provided if an unexpected natural or unavoidable disaster* occurs near or around Tallahassee, Florida. Eleven 19 Designs LLC's in-stock turnaround time is 5 - 14 business days from the date of purchase and made to order items will ship from our location in 5 - 21 business days from the date of purchase.* If your order cannot be fulfilled by the 14th business day, due to the natural disaster(s), your money will be refunded and the physical item(s) of your order will not be shipped. *Unexpected natural or unavoidable disasters(s) include, but are not limited to, hurricanes, tornadoes, floods, etc.

Exchanges
We will only do exchanges will only occur if a mistake was made by us. If this occurs return shipping of the item sent in error and shipping of the correct item will occur at no cost to the customer. Please contact us within 14 days of the initial item arrival.

With any order issues, please provide as many details as possible. Please include your name, phone number, order number, and a picture of the suspected problem in an email to info.eleven19designs@gmail.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
