What is a pre-order?
A pre-order is a convenient way for you to order new products ahead of their release dates. This is a great way to secure an item that you like and avoid missing out due to high demand!
How does a pre-order work?
To pre-order, you must make a full payment at checkout. Once the item arrives to Eleven 19 Designs LLC and inventory is verified, it will ship it to you. The exact processing and delivery dates on pre-orders are unknown, unless a release date is specified on the product page(s), social media or email.
Due to the demand of wanting more pre order/manufactured items, we will start requiring a non-refundable deposit for the future item(s).
How will it work?
Lets take the racing jacket for example: The full jacket is $100 at retail price. The non-refundable deposit would be $10 (10% - 15% of the retail price). The deposit would go towards the price of the jacket purchase. This means that you will pay the remaining $90 for the jacket.
• The non-refundable deposit will ONLY go into effect if the minimum amount of people sign up for the pre-order list of the specific item.
• Once the minimum amount of people pay the non-refundable deposit invoice, then the invoice for remaining amount of the item will be sent to you for purchasing.
• If we do not receive the minimum amount of paid invoices by a specified date, the remaining balance of the item will be refunded back to you.
